Terms, conditions and regulations

Visitors entering the airfield do so entirely at their own risk.

No liability will be accepted by the Organizers, their consultants, servants, agents, independent contractors or sponsors for any injury (including fatal injury), illness, damage or loss whatsoever directly or indirectly occasioned to person or property, whether due to negligence or otherwise howsoever caused subject to the provisions of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.

The Organizers will not be obliged to refund any entrance monies should the event for which this ticket grants admission not take place or be curtailed. . As a general policy there will be no refunds. The organizers however retain the right to consider individual cases in exceptional circumstances, excluding weather conditions, acts of God, civil disturbance, terrorism or circumstances beyond our control. In all cases the organizers decision is final.

The event Organizers reserves to themselves all rights of exploitation thereof.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, overnight public camping on site is not permitted. Tents and caravans will not be permitted in the car parks, however motor homes will be permitted in the car parks as it is recognized that these are sometimes a primary means of transport. These must not remain overnight however.

All advertised air and ground displays are subject to weather, technical and operational requirements and may change, be modified or cancelled.

There will be no tickets on sale on the days of the event. All tickets must be purchased in advance.

Tickets are non transferable and it is strictly forbidden to re-sell tickets.

Juniors are defined as age 0 to 9 and are free of charge if accompanied by an adult ticket holder.

Child ticket is defined as age 10 to 16 and must be accompanied by an adult ticket holder.

Unaccompanied minors under the age of 16 will not be allowed on the show site or car parks.

Dogs are not permitted on the site unless they are assistance dogs. As dog lovers, we do not consider an airshow environment suitable for dogs. Please do not leave dogs in cars in the car park.

Shelters, windbreaks, tents and large umbrellas are not permitted due the risk of these being blown onto the operational area in the event of high winds. These also block the view of those behind.

Stepladders are not permitted for health & safety reasons and these also block the view of those behind.

Disabled car parking. There are approximately 50 crowd line car park spaces for blue badge holders available on a first come first served basis. These are free of charge. After those have been allocated an additional area in the main car park will be set aside. At least one full adult ticket must be purchased to receive this parking allocation. Car parking. A minimal fee of £1 per car park ticket will be charged. All of this money will be distributed equally to our charities. Car park passes may only be purchased in conjunction with show tickets.

No barbeques of any type or description must be used or brought on site, either the show ground or the car parks.

The organizers deem the purchaser of a ticket or tickets to the Old Sarum Airshow 2015 as understanding and accepting the above terms, conditions and regulations
